You know how that goes David. :) Heck, maybe the software allows them to classify the message by hitting a key, and the illegal immigration key was right next to the universal health coverage key... The thing we have really learned here is that you letter was never read - not by your Rep, nor anyone on his staff. I wonder who he's representing if not his constituents. . . Hire people to help with this process. I'm all for streamlining but when it comes to something important (like listening to your constituents) why take chances?
